Western Norway University of
Applied Sciences has engaged a
PhD candidate in the DISH
project
Susanne Eriksen started as a PhD
candidate the 1st of February
2021, and her position will last
for four years. The PhD –
project is funded by the
Ministry of Education and
Research in Norway. As the DISH
project is more of an innovation
project, the aim of the
PhD-project is to complement the
DISH project with a
research-based evaluation of the
DISH concepts and the innovation
processes in the triple helix
partnerships.
The fieldwork will take place at
test sites in Norway and
Denmark. Data will be collected
through focus group interviews,
individual interviews and
participant observations. The
data collection aims to gather
inputs from several involved
actors; leaders, organizational
staff, learning facilitators,
health care workers and other
relevant stakeholders at the
sites in order to assess the
usability and the relevance of
the developed concepts.
