The start-up MEDVENTI has developed a smart patient-nurse communication platform. The company cooperates with the German Triple-Helix of the DISH project to use the Learning Innovation Unit (LIU) concept for the introduction of the communication platform at a ward of the University Medical Clinic in Rostock/Germany. This test site scenario is of particular interest for the DISH project since it will involve care professionals as well as patients. In case of a positive outcome, the test case may serve as a blueprint for the introduction of further digital solutions in the University Medical Center as well as in other hospitals.
