IThe DISH Project was presented in the special working group on digital transformation in health care of the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The group is coordinated by Thomas Karopka, senior project manager ehealth at BioCon Valley® GmbH and member of the DISH consortium. The group consists of high-level representatives from the domain of health care like representatives of the University clinics, the statutory health insurances, research institutes, the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Health of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and companies from the domain of digital health. DISH was presented as part of the first meeting in 2020 where the main topic was the new bills in the context of digital health at the German federal level. Training and education was seen as a prerequisite for a successful digital transformation in the healthcare domain.
